Redditch Business Improvement District will host a Music Festival and Continental Food Market in Redditch Town Centre, joining the millions across the country to celebrate the Coronation of His Majesty The King and Her Majesty The Queen Consort. A three-day fun filled event featuring a range of food and drink traders from around the world, arts and crafts, live entertainment, and so much more.
Running from Friday 5th May until Sunday 7th May, activities in the town centre will cultivate a spectacular atmosphere for the whole family. Live performances on stage throughout the weekend will keep the community entertained with a special appearance by the D Day Darlings on the Saturday.
The Coronation Big Lunch on Sunday 7th May brings together communities across the country in a nationwide act of celebration and friendship, so bring a blanket and come and enjoy the day with your neighbours, friends, and family.
BID manager, Muj Rahman, said of the event:

Expect to find tasty street food options from around the world, tempting sweet treats crafted by artisan producers including hot and cold items as well as a variety of beverages including cocktail stands and quirky craft items.
The event will be open for visitors from 10am-6pm Friday to Sunday and will take place in the town centre around St-Stephens Church and hosted in partnership with the market events experts RR Events.
Redditch BID, who represents the businesses in Redditch town centre is keen to organise different events throughout the year, to promote and enhance the image of our town and bringing together the whole community.
